The Tupelo is the Queen of all honey and the "gold standard" by which all others are measured. Harvested each April in Southern Georgia, it is one of the rarest and most valuable honeys in the world. It has a subtle buttery flavor and a vanishing sweetness that is almost impossible to describe.
The organic acacia honey is the only certified organic specialty honey in the U.S. today. From northern Italy, it has a clean, light vanilla taste and is delicate on the palate. It tastes delicious drizzled over figs, with ricotta or shaved hard cheeses.
The universally revered sourwood is an award-winning honey has a complex flavor profile with hints of maple and spice. Produced in the Southern Appalachian Mountains, it can only be produced in small batches. Try it with your favorite pancakes or waffles.
