Peace Oil began when David Sokal, owner of Olive Branch Enterprises, partnered with Palestinian farmers to export their locally produced olive oil. Olive Branch Enterprises now works with three fair trade groups - two Israeli and one Palestinian - to export the finest, pesticide-free extra virgin olive oil.
